Payment Terms

IN FULL BY 2PM DECEMBER 9, 2010

Payments must be made by cash, certified funds, wire transfer or Company cheque accompanied with a bank letter guaranteeing irrevocable payment to Platinum Asset Services. Payment made by credit cards are subject to a surcharge.  A buyer's premium of 13.5% (onsite) / 16% for online purchasers  will be applied to all purchases.  A $1000 security deposit is required.

Removal Terms

Daily from 8:30am to 4:30pm

All small items by Friday December 10, 2010 and all remaining items by Thursday December 16, 2010.  No items may be removed during the auction sale.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
