Payment Terms

IN FULL BY 2PM APRIL 20, 2011

Payments must be made by cash, certified funds, wire transfer or Company cheque accompanied with a bank letter guaranteeing irrevocable payment to Platinum Asset Services. Payment made by credit cards are subject to a surcharge.  A buyer's premium will be applied to all purchases.  A $1000 security deposit is required.  A 13.5% onsite and 16% online buyers' premium will be applied to all purchases.

Removal Terms

Daily from 8:30am to 4:30pm

All small items by Friday April 22, 2011 and all remaining items by Friday May 6, 2011.  No items may be removed during the auction sale.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

R&M will be the exclusive machinery mover for this sale.  All machines excpet the SIPA & Sidels will be loaded on at an hourly rate with a minimum half hour charge
