Payment Terms

Payments must be made by Cash, Certified funds, Wire Transfer or Company Check accompanied with a bank letter guaranteeing irrevocable payment to Platinum Assets Services Inc. in the following format: "NAME OF BANK hereby guarantees irrevocable payment of checks payable to Platinum Asset Services Inc. up to AMOUNT IN WORDS & CURRENCY for purchases made by our client NAME OF CLIENT. This letter is valid for purchases made at the auction of NAME OF AUCTION being held in CITY, STATE/PROVINCE on Date, accompanied with a signed company cheque." A 3% surcharge will apply on all payments made by credit card. A buyers’ premium will be applied to all purchases. A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required upon registration. Full payment is due by 2PM December 10, 2009. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Removal Terms

Please visit www.platinumassets.com for further details. All small items must be removed by Friday December 18, 2009. All remaining items must be removed by Friday, January 15, 2010. Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. No items may be removed during the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS.
