Payment Terms

Payments must be made by Cash, Certified funds, Wire Transfer or Company Check accompanied with a bank letter guaranteeing irrevocable payment to Platinum Assets Services Inc. in the following format: "NAME OF BANK hereby guarantees irrevocable payment of checks payable to Platinum Asset Services Inc. up to AMOUNT IN WORDS & CURRENCY for purchases made by our client NAME OF CLIENT. This letter is valid for purchases made at the auction of NAME OF AUCTION being held in CITY, STATE/PROVINCE on Date." Visa, MasterCard or Interac. A 2% surcharge applies to credit card purchases. A 12.5% buyers’ premium will be added to all purchases. A $500 refundable security deposit is required upon registration. A 25% deposit is required at time of purchase, balance due by 2 pm, Friday June 1, 2007. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Removal Terms

All small items by Monday June 4 at 4pm and larger items by Wednesday June 13, 2007. Hours: Monday ¬ Friday between 8 am ¬ 4 pm. No items maybe removed during auction. NO EXCEPTIONS. Full terms available at www.platinumassets.com.
