Payment Terms

Payments must be made by Cash, Certified funds, Wire Transfer or Company Check accompanied with a bank letter guaranteeing  irrevocable payment to Platinum Assets Services Inc. in the following format: "NAME OF BANK hereby guarantees irrevocable payment of checks payable to Platinum Asset Services Inc. up to AMOUNT IN WORDS & CURRENCY for purchases made by our client NAME OF CLIENT. This letter is valid for purchases made at the auction of NAME OF AUCTION being held in CITY, STATE/PROVINCE on Date. Accompanied with a signed company cheque." A buyers’ premium will be added to all purchases – 12.5% onsite and 15% online. A $500 refundable security deposit is required upon registration. A 25% deposit is required at time of purchase, balance due by 2pm September 17, 2008. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Removal Terms

Please visit www.platinumassets.com for further details. All small items must be removed by Thursday September 18, large items must be removed by Monday September 22, 2008. Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. No items maybe removed during the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS. *Free rigging on most items. Silos, Motan system and machines located in Windsor, do not qualify. See website for full details.
