Payment Terms

Payments must be made by Cash, Certified funds, Wire Transfer or Company Check accompanied with a bank letter guaranteeing irrevocable payment to Platinum Assets Services Inc. in the following format: "NAME OF BANK hereby guarantees irrevocable payment of checks payable to Platinum Asset Services Inc. up to AMOUNT IN WORDS & CURRENCY for purchases made by our client NAME OF CLIENT. This letter is valid for purchases made at the auction of NAME OF AUCTION being held in CITY, STATE/PROVINCE on Date. Accompanied with a signed company cheque." A buyers’ premium will be added to all purchases. A $500 refundable security deposit is required upon registration. Full Payment Due by 2 PM Thursday, Thursday, May 21, 2009. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Removal Terms

Special removal conditions apply. Please visit www.platinumassets.com for further details. All small items must be removed by Monday, May 25, 2009, all remaining items as per the rigger provided schedule. Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. No items may be removed during the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS.
